Firstly the paper briefly presents the context of its writing and summarizes<br \/>\nthe document. Later the paper decides to evaluate the document in three views. First underlines<br \/>\na number of key, positive and important characteristics of content of the document. Immediately<br \/>\nthe paper mentions the unclear and negative ones.
