The section on the<br \/>\nspiritual world in the Pansofia acts as a comprehensive theological treatise that contains its own<br \/>\ninternal structure. Here Comenius emphasizes and clarifies successively important religious,<br \/>\nspiritual and practical-theological themes. Against the background of Comenius\u2018 concept of<br \/>\nuniversal redemption is the biblical history of salvation. Central to this history is Jesus Christ, whom<br \/>\nComenius refers to as the \u201eRepairer.\u201c In Comenius\u2018s theological thought there is an obvious effort<br \/>\nto harmonize the contradictions of confessional disputes. Comenius\u2018s biblically oriented hope and<br \/>\neschatological outlook is a legacy of the Bohemian Reformation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> J. A.
